The Hollywood Music Video Awards is an annual international festival and award show held in Los Angeles, California to celebrate the art of music videos.

The event brings together a community of music video creatives, enthusiasts, crew members, cast members, musicians and more to showcase their work and network with other industry professionals.
 
The HMVAs mission is to honor the creators behind the curtains — today's innovative, unsung heroes who deserve more accreditation for exceeding expectations and pushing creative boundaries in music videos each year.

Awards are submission-based given in a variety of categories, including Music Video of the Year, Director of the Year, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Pop, Best Country, Best Narrative, Best Action and more.   Some of our most unique accolades are Assistant Director of the Year, Best One Take, and Best Color Grading.
